We make our bagels in New York City the old-fashioned way, then we partially bake the bagels and immediately freeze them to lock in freshness and flavor. You can bake a bagel or three anytime you're craving a FRESH bagel to enjoy for a quick weekday breakfast or a leisurely weekend brunch. It's like you've just walked into your local bagel shop – you now have fresh bagels to enjoy!
Pre-heat your oven or air fryer while your bagel thaws on the counter.
Refresh the bagel under cool running water and shake it off.
Place on a baking sheet in the middle of the oven for 9-12 minutes, watching for that golden brown exterior. Rotate the sheet for even baking if needed.
Let it cool for a couple minutes, then enjoy your hot and fresh bagel!
